Asociation Trade Union Authorized Service Bois de Cise and its owners

Ordinance No. 2004-632 has profoundly changed the legal regime applicable to trade unions allowed.

The legislature has provided that the compliance status of each trade union association authorized under the new rules should occur no later than May 6, 2008.

Beyond compliance, the association must provide:

• consultation and vote every year the meeting on future directions (classification of the site, constructability and PLU, tourist facilities and roads ..) concerning matters relating to the future of the Bois de Cise after the options and benefits and interests of each were exposed,
• an obligation on the President to submit to a vote any resolution of the meeting for inclusion in the agenda has been requested by at least 12 owners,
• systematic information on the site Internet in the notices and minutes of meetings and union councils the identity of the trustees and the remaining term of office,

• final prohibition of the collection of powers by the association,
• automatically receive notices of meetings with a Form of postal voting,
• clear rules for the election of President and Vice-President,
• the posting on the website of the association, at least 15 days before each meeting, various reports (the President on his action, a moral, financial report and detail of the assets, report on permits for felling trees).

Authorized Association Syndicale du Bois de Cise is in danger,

if it does not reform, it will disappear.
